Guillaume Conteville Head of Marketing / Mastercard Western Continental Europe
Guillaume is currently the head of Marketing for Western Continental Europe at MasterCard, where he oversees, among other things, the roll out of Priceless Cities and Priceless Surprises programmes, various sponsorships such as Champion's League, Roland Garros and Rugby World Cup as well as the launch of new products such as MasterPass, Mastercard's online wallet.
His background is very much media and digital. Prior to this role he was Head of Media for Europe at MasterCard. He has acquired a broad experience in media agencies. Starting in France at Initiative Media buying TV for Unilever. He then moved on to work for Starcom in London, managing the international UBS account before moving to MEC for a 7 year stint working on the Visa account in London. Singapore was his next stop where he managed international clients and returned to London to run the Colgate Palmolive account in Europe.
Guillaume is a Parisian by birth but a Londoner by choice. He is married and has two adorable daughters, who unlike their dad have a pristine English accent and support England in football.

Lucie Čepivová

Lucie has been working in marketing for more than 20 years.
In 1994, she worked for PR agency, Creo, and in 1997 she switched to the client side working for one of the biggest banks in the Czech Republic, Česká Spořitelna (part of Erste Bank Group). She was Director of the advertising department where she led the re-design project of ČS and all its subsidiaries.
In 2004, she joined DORLAND, a Czech full-service communications agency established in 1991. It's one of the biggest local agencies in the Czech market and founding member of the Czech Association of Communications Agencies (AKA).
Luigi Accordino

Across 20 years in media and advertising he has worked in a variety of local, global and regional planning roles. He started his career at creative agencies Ammirati Puris Lintas and WCRS, before joining Naked Communications in 2004. In 2008, David became Worldwide Group Planning Director at ZenithOptimedia.

DDB has also won many awards in regional and international advertising awards such as the Euro Effies, Golden Drum, Golden Hammer and Creative Excellence Awards.
Andris is a charismatic leader of the agency and an energetic advertising professional. He joined DDB Latvia in 2000 and together with a team of 45 talented individuals he continues to develop respected and loved brands in the Baltics. Andris is a board member of the Latvian Art Directors Club and Latvias Advertising Association, Curator of TEDxRiga and co-founder of MAMMU.
He is a graduate of the Stockholm School of Economics in Riga and received a Masters degree from Latvia University. Andris is married, has three children and a troop of Labradors.
